Nationality: British
A recent graduate of Guildhall Opera School, where he was generously supported by the Behrens Foundation, Drake Calleja Trust, and Countess of Munster Musical Trust, his competition successes include first prize at the AESS Patricia Routledge National English Song Competition 2021 and the Guildhall English Song Prize 2021. He was also a finalist for the 2021 Kathleen Ferrier Awards, won third prize and audience prize at the 2022 Mozart Singing Competition, and the Prix Andre-Bacand for ‘Best Canadian work’ at the 2022 CMIM Competition in Montreal. His operatic stage debut came in 2018 as Tarquinius/The Rape of Lucretia (Trinity Laban) and he has since performed as Dr Falke/Die Fledermaus, Papageno/Die Zauberflöte and Black/Black el Payaso for Grimeborn Festival 2022, as well as scenes from Pelléas et Mélisande, Albert Herring and Don Giovanni.
