The Spanish-born British soprano started her studies at Royal Northern College of Music before joining the Opera Course at GSMD and subsequently London’s National Opera Studio. This season marks her first since graduating from the prestigious Jette Parker Young Artist Programme. She has had significant competition success including second prize at the 2020 Glyndebourne Opera Cup and third prize at the 2020 Concorso Lirico Internazionale di Portofino. A keen recitalist, her debut solo album, Le Voyage, is due to be released by Champs Hill this season. Taken from the Tour 2022 programme book.
