Price and availability

Orders are subject to availability. Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications are correct. All dimensions are approximate and while we make every effort to reproduce colour accurately, there may be slight variations that occur.

Returns and exchanges

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will refund or exchange any item as long as both the packaging and the goods remain intact and are returned in perfect condition within 10 working days. Please give the reason for the return and post the item securely in its original packaging. Please ask for Proof of Postage from your Post Office, as we cannot refund items lost or broken in transit. Returns are dealt with as soon as they arrive, but please allow 14 days for your refund or exchange to be processed. Return postage will only be refunded if the goods are faulty. Security

Buying products from the Glyndebourne Shop is as safe as using your credit card in the high street. Your credit card and personal details are encrypted and sent via SSL (Secure Socket Layer), an industry standard for the transmission of private data. These details are temporarily stored in our secure database, where they are downloaded for offline processing. We don't store any of this information for longer than is necessary to process your transaction.

How we use your data

Glyndebourne Enterprises Limited, and our appointed agents, collect and process personal information for the purposes of taking payment for shop and gallery purchases and direct marketing of Glyndebourne’s merchandise. We will not disclose your credit or debit card details to any third party. See our privacy policy for more information.

Why is there a time limit?

Due to demand from other customers seats are reserved for a maximum of 20 minutes in order to allow you to complete your purchase. If the order has not been completed within this time, all seats will be removed from your basket.
