Returns Club

The Glyndebourne Returns Club is a free email update service providing news about returned tickets for performances at Glyndebourne.

If you already have a Glyndebourne account

Follow these instructions to join the Glyndebourne Returns Club, if you already have a Glyndebourne account or have purchased tickets from Glyndebourne in the past.

  • Login to your Glyndebourne account using your email address. There is a forgotten password facility if required
  • Go to Your account at the top right of the screen
  • Click Edit details
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and tick Returned ticket availability - Returns Club emails
  • Click the Update my details button at the very bottom of the page to complete your application

 If you are new to Glyndebourne

  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and tick Returned ticket availability - Returns Club emails
  • Click Create my account button at the very bottom of the page to complete your application

Why is there a time limit?

Due to demand from other customers seats are reserved for a maximum of 20 minutes in order to allow you to complete your purchase. If the order has not been completed within this time, all seats will be removed from your basket.
