There are 2 packs of Christmas Cards available this year- pack 1 Glyndebourne in Winter dated 1960 is a snow filled version of the summer programme book cover, complete with the hand written 'apologies to Osbert Lancaster' note in the corner. The scene includes a red-nosed Vittorio Gui (Head of Music) talking to a fur-hooded Moran Caplet (General Manager), John Christie with pug, an igloo, wigwam, reindeer and Jani Strasser on skis.

The artist is Bernard McNabb who was Glyndebourne's press officer from 1953-1965.
