Learning to walk on the wild side

The set for the 2012 Glyndebourne Festival production of Janáček's The Cunning Little Vixen includes a vertical back wall with a forest path which doubles as a subterranean glance into the animals lair. Get an insight from the dancers who were involved that had to walk the vertical path with only a wire attached to their pelvis, Interesting fact: Cast members refer to the set as the 'gerbilarium'.

A brilliant production. We had a wonderful evening.

The most glorious production! So creative and original.

Another successful Glyndebourne experience.

The food in the Upper/Middle Wallop has vastly improved.

I was there last night and so wanted to know how the path worked in this amazing production - many thanks. HilaryCG

Why is there a time limit?

Due to demand from other customers seats are reserved for a maximum of 20 minutes in order to allow you to complete your purchase. If the order has not been completed within this time, all seats will be removed from your basket.
