What is Opera experience?
Opera experience introduces young people to opera through a combination of engaging workshops and performances from Glyndebourne on Tour.
For only £10, students participate in a workshop led by a team of professional artists from Glyndebourne, before attending a Glyndebourne on Tour performance in the evening. The workshops have been designed specifically to increase students' understanding and enjoyment of the performance.
With hundreds of students and teachers participating last year, teachers around the country appreciated not only the educational value, but also the sheer enjoyment experienced by their students at both the workshops and the performances.
